Lawlor Contracting is a small Sand, Gravel Supplies business owned by Peter Lawlor in Cloncurry Queensland.
Peter contacted SmartTech to do servicing and calibrations on 9 of his Wheel Loaders. Not all were fitted with the newest LOADRITE Scales but they sure do work! Michael headed out to 3 different sites to calibrate all machines. He visited Cloncurry, Butcher Creek & Coolabah Station in Queensland!
The Installs
Our first calibration was in Cloncurry (8.5hrs W from Townsville) on a CAT 972G Wheel Loader of L2180 Loader Scales and Loadrite LP950 Printer.

The 2nd calibration was in Cloncurry on Hitachi LX450 Wheel Loader fitted with L2150 Loader Scales and LP950 Printer.

Michael headed up to Butcher Creek (4.5hrs N from Townsville) to calibrate the L2180 Loader Scales on this CAT 980G Wheel Loader fitted with LP950 Printer and is not Legal for Trade
This CAT 988F wheel loader was calibrated in Butcher Creek . Michael calibrated the Force Loader Scales that was fitted and LP950 Printer, no software upgrades were needed for this calibration however may be required at the next servicing.
This machine is not Legal for Trade.
This CAT 988F Wheel Loader was calibrated in Coolabah Station Queensland. The machine is fitted with LOADRITE Express LR917 ( This model is now discontinued and the new version is L2150 Scales). The machine also has LP950 Printer and is not Legal for Trade.
Same as the previous Loader, this CAT 966H Wheel Loader was calibrated at Coolabah Station. The Machine was fitted with a now discontinued Model Loadrite Express 917 and LP950 Printer. The model may need to be upgraded in the near future. This machine is not Legal for Trade.
This CAT 988H Wheel Loader was calibrated at Coolahbah Stataion. It it fitted with L2180 Loader Scales & LP950 Printer.
No software upgrade was required during the calibration.
This Machine is not Legal for Trade
Fitted with LOADRITE Express LR917 (Discontinued) Loader scales. This CAT 966F Wheel Loader was calibrated easily, a scale upgrade may be required in the future to L2150 Loader Scales.
This loader is not Legal for Trade
Michael’s last calibration was in Butcher Creek on this CAT 980H Wheel Loader fitted with L2180 Loader scales & LP950 Loadrite Printer. No software upgrade was required during the calibration.
